Groundwork Trauma Education is a professional development organization dedicated to raising the standard of trauma-informed clinical practice. We offer cohort-based certification programs, advanced consultation, and continuing education for therapists seeking meaningful formation, not just information.
Our work centers on applied trauma competence, nervous system literacy, and ethical processing skills that translate directly into better client outcomes. We are building a scalable digital education ecosystem that supports live cohorts, on-demand programs, and national continuing education offerings.
*The Position*
We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Course Operations Manager who wants to help build infrastructure for a mission-driven, clinically rigorous education brand.
_This is not a basic virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who understands funnels, automations, and online program launches, and who can execute independently._
*Hours*
10 to 20 hours per week depending on launch cycle.
*Compensation*
$50 to $60 per hour based on experience.
*Primary Responsibilities*
*Certification Funnel Development*
* Build and optimize high-converting sales pages
* Create Kajabi pipelines and automation workflows
* Develop lead magnet and webinar funnels
* Build application and onboarding sequences
* Track and improve conversion metrics
*Course & Platform Management*
* Build and maintain Kajabi course portals
* Organize recordings into structured on-demand programs
* Manage integrations across Kajabi, WordPress, Stripe, and email systems
* Ensure clean learner experience
*Email Marketing*
* Build launch sequences and evergreen nurture campaigns
* Segment lists and manage automation flows
* Monitor engagement and optimize performance
*Website Support*
* Update and optimize WordPress pages
* Build landing pages for launches
* Maintain site clarity and responsiveness
*First 90-Day Deliverables*
Within the first 90 days, this role will be responsible for:
* Building a completed certification sales page
* Launching a lead magnet funnel
* Creating a fully automated email nurture sequence
* Structuring at least one on-demand course in Kajabi
* Implementing basic analytics tracking for funnel performance
*Qualifications*
*Required*
* Strong Kajabi experience including pipelines and automations
* WordPress proficiency
* Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns
* Experience supporting digital program launches
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Preferred*
* Experience working with therapists or education-based businesses
* Familiarity with cohort-based programs
* Systems-oriented thinker
