Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.

Preferred qualifications:
Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers and translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions that deliver measurable value to our users.

Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous product problems and shape them into innovative experiences.

You help set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. As a stellar writer, your portfolio of work demonstrates content that simplifies and beautifies the overall user experience. You work with people in a variety of UX design-related jobs including researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing and customer operations. Collaborating with each, you strive to establish cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Lead content design for Cloud AI initiatives and help users easily discover and use new features and operate as a strategic partner, collaborating cross-functionally with product designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers.
Translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions that deliver measurable value to our users.
Elevate UX writing craft and advocate user-centered design principles throughout the product development life-cycle.
Evolve and execute on our goal for UX writing in a multi-modal world, including creating guidelines for voice, tone, and style.
Help coordinate translations, improve writing tools and processes, format documents, and generally lend a hand as needed to produce products.
