We are hiring an experienced equine sales professional to lead the launch and growth of a new orthopedic, pain, and lameness solution. This role is designed for a proven producer who takes full ownership, executes with discipline, and delivers revenue without excuses.

*This is a field-based sales position requiring approximately 70% travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. *The ideal candidate is comfortable with a high-travel schedule.

* Takes full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a “find a way” mentality
* Consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets regardless of market conditions
* Holds themselves accountable to daily activity metrics, pipeline health, and monthly quotas
* Proactively solves problems for customers and internal stakeholders without needing oversight
* Is a polished communicator, comfortable engaging executive-level decision makers and navigating complex sales conversations
* Maintains a strong personal brand and represents the company professionally in every interaction
* Thinks strategically, researches prospects, maps organizations, and tailors messaging to specific clinical and business pain points
* Builds high-EQ, trust-based relationships focused on long-term retention and account growth
* Creates opportunity rather than waiting for leads to be provided
* Leverages existing equine relationships and industry credibility to open doors
* Executes new product launches with urgency, structure, and precision

* Veterinary sales experience, equine specific
* Background selling orthopedic, pain, lameness, or regenerative solutions
* Demonstrated success launching new products
* Established connections within the equine industry
* Conference and trade show selling experience
* Comfortable with frequent travel
* Strong medical and scientific aptitude

*Compensation and Structure*

* Base salary $120,000
* Un-capped Commission and Bonus Structure
* Performance-based bonuses
* All travel and business expenses covered
