*Role Summary*

The IAM Factory Lead is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of application integrations into the Identity & Access Management environment. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality execution of authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management integrations while managing a team of architects and engineers. The IAM Factory Lead drives project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, team alignment, and adherence to architectural and change management standards.This position requires strong leadership, IAM domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex integration efforts across modern and legacy IGA platforms. Team Leadership & Delivery ManagementOne of two Leads that lead and mentor a Factory team consisting of Architects & Engineers (13-15 total)Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning.Ensure deliverables align with defined timelines, quality standards, and architectural requirements.Drive continuous improvement of Factory processes, tooling, and documentation maturity.Work in strategic partnership with the Product Owner to refine processes, improve throughput, and evolve Factory capabilities in support of long‑term IAM goals. Stakeholder & Project ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external application owners.Manage project scope, budget, risks, and timelines across multiple simultaneous integrations.Coordinate JIRA story creation, refinement, and release planning.Oversee ServiceNow Change Requests (CRQs), ensuring alignment with corporate Change Management policies.Communicate onboarding plans, integration timelines, and status updates to all stakeholders.Build strong, productive working relationships across multiple vendor and support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, aligned priorities, and a positive team dynamic. Integration Delivery ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of IAM integration, including: Authentication onboardingAuthorization model integrationAccount provisioning/deprovisioningTermination/removal workflowsCustom integration developmentEnsure integration consistency across modern IGA and legacy platforms.Guide the development and build of integration solutions while enforcing coding and design standards.Support architects and engineers in resolving complex design or implementation challenges.Ensure all changes follow architectural review processes and receive appropriate approvals.Govern adherence to enterprise Change Management and deployment procedures.Oversee production deployment activities and verify successful go‑live transitions.Ensure seamless transition of completed integrations to IAM Operations teams through structured knowledge transfer sessions and documentation packages.Maintain and publish comprehensive documentation, inventories, diagrams, and communication materials.Drive standardization of templates, processes, and technical documentation across the Factory.
