Full Stack Software Engineer

*Job Over view: *We are looking for a hands-on engineer to build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software. You will help serve candidates through the interview experience and employers through a data aggregation and analysis platform, with clear opportunities for growth.

*Problems that you could work on related to consumer software are: *

* How can we bring the average interviewer response latency down to 200ms?
* How can we scale our infrastructure to support 1000 simultaneous interviews, while remaining compliant in different geographies?
* How do we design a vector database to handle complex queries for candidates with specific traits?

*Problems that you could work on related to enterprise software are: *

* How do we integrate with our customer’s internal hiring systems?
* What’s the best way to present the interview data visually and as fast as possible?
* And many, many feature requests that need to be built out!

*3 - 7 years of experience *

* Full stack engineering experience (senior+ level)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
