* Conduct consultations, present solutions, and close contracts with homeowners and investors.

* Exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Maintain detailed notes and follow-up plans within the CRM.
*Qualifications *
* *2+ years of sales experience *(real estate or high-ticket sales strongly preferred).
* Proven track record as a strong closer with consultative selling skills.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven.
* Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and virtual communication tools.
