We are seeking a motivated *Entry Level Sales Representative* to join our growing remote team. This role involves managing the *full outbound sales cycle*—from initial outreach to closing deals. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and guide clients through the transaction process.
*Key Responsibilities *
* Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to qualified leads.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
* Build rapport with property owners and investors.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
* Use CRM tools to track pipeline and client interactions.
*Qualifications *
* *2+ years of sales experience* (real estate or related industry preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly coachable, motivated, and driven to succeed.
* Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow up consistently.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
