We’re hiring a *Rust Engineer with trading experience* to work on latency-sensitive execution and market-making systems that run live in production and directly impact P&L.

What you’ll do

* Build and optimize *low-latency trading systems* in Rust
* Improve exchange connectivity, execution speed, and system stability
* Work directly with traders and quants to ship real strategies
* Own critical components end-to-end in a production environment

What we’re looking for

* Strong Rust experience
* Background in trading systems
* Low-latency / performance-critical engineering experience
* Exchange API or protocol experience (WebSocket, binary)
