Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project teams with administrative, financial, and document control functions. This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, accountants, and field teams to help ensure projects are organized, compliant, and running efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Safety
Report any unsafe construction activities to management immediately
Quality & Document Control
Maintain project document control systems, including submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and transmittals
Track and maintain W/MBE and EEO documentation when required by the project
Create and manage close-out logs and documentation
Assist engineers with processing and posting project documents as needed
Financial & Cost Support
Review and track prime contracts and subcontracts to ensure execution and receipt of required insurance and bonds
Support project supervisors with documentation related to change management
Communication & Administrative Support
Create and maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy job files
Collect and submit required project paperwork weekly by established deadlines
Assist Project Managers with documentation for project meetings
Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and role expectations
Travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)
Experience with construction document control software (preferred)

Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications
