Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our innovative, fast-paced Marketing Team. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of key marketing communication programs promoting Empire Today, associated product lines, and test programs.

Compensation Information:
$80,000 - $100,000 annually plus bonus
Responsibilities:
Synthesize and evaluate data from a variety of channel sources.
Use Tableau to build interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to understand performance at a glance.
Analyze the relationship between marketing spend and offline conversations to identify high-value digital behaviors.
Identify regional trends and opportunities for localized marketing pushes.
Monitor website health/user flow using Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
Serve as the primary resource for “deep dives” into unusual results and present findings to leadership.
Oversee the accuracy of the data pipelines (tracking pixels, UTM parameters, etc.) to ensure the data feeding into Tableau is reliable.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience with website and digital marketing analytics.
Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and visualize complex data sets in Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
Experience using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target and Optimizely;
Understanding of how different marketing channels (TV, Digital, Paid Search) work together.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to explain complex data clearly and provide actionable recommendations to the team.
Experience writing SQL queries to extrac and manipulate data from data warehouses preferred.
Experience with call tracking platforms like Invoca or DialogTech is ideal.
Experience with Tableau Power BI, or similar.
