Senior Frontend Developer (React)
Country: Poland | Work Location: Remotely
Salary: 19 500 – 24 500 PLN + VAT on B2B
We are looking for a Frontend Developer for our Swedish client who will participate in developing a product to automate business processes, ensuring they run smoothly and eliminating the need to spend time on recalculating various product configurations during business negotiations.
Responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer you will be developing new features for analytics tools, using modern frontend technologies to deliver intuitive, responsive, and reliable user experiences;
You will be maintaining performance and stability of the application, identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing code, and ensuring smooth operation even under higher data loads;
You will be refactoring legacy components and enhancing existing systems, improving code quality, readability, and long-term maintainability of the frontend codebase;
You will be continuously improving frontend architecture, testing frameworks, and developer tooling, contributing ideas and solutions that raise overall engineering standards;

Requirements
6+ years of experience in frontend development, enabling you to work independently on complex, production-grade applications;
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and React, allowing you to build scalable and maintainable user interfaces;
Experience working on large-scale frontend applications, where performance, structure, and long-term maintainability are critical;
Deep understanding of modern web development paradigms, including component-based architectures and state management;
Proven ability to write testable, readable, and maintainable code, supporting long-term development and team collaboration;
Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit, Vite, Docker, React Hooks, and Sentry, supporting state management, build processes, monitoring, and application stability;
Basic knowledge of Python, enabling effective collaboration with backend teams on API-related adjustments;
Strong sense for modern UI and UX principles, ensuring usability, consistency, and a positive user experience;
Excellent communication skills in English, supporting collaboration in an international team environment;
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, driving both personal growth and improvements to the overall frontend ecosystem.
