We are seeking a bilingual individual who's energetic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the commercial and public sector. Must be able to communicate well in English and Spanish. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence. * Lead the estimating, planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
* Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes and outcomes.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly and accurately.
* Manage project risks proactively through root cause analysis, risk management strategies, and contingency planning to minimize disruptions.
* Oversee project scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet while maintaining detailed documentation in Confluence or SharePoint.
* Supervise cross-functional teams by providing leadership, guidance, and motivation; foster a culture of continuous improvement with techniques like Kaizen and Lean principles.
* Conduct program development activities including process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements analysis to support organizational efficiency.
* Monitor project performance using earned value management (EVM) metrics; control costs through diligent budgeting and cost control measures.
* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through presentation skills and meeting facilitation; negotiate scope changes or resource allocations as needed.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards; oversee IT infrastructure projects involving systems like Salesforce or ERP platforms.

* Technical knowledge in trade like demolition, light-gauge steel framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, glazing, millwork, and finishing trades.
* Field experience in commercial construction (10+ years)
* Proven experience supervising large-scale projects within a structured project management lifecycle framework.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team management and conflict resolution across diverse teams.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Primavera P6, Smartsheet or equivalent tools.
* Expertise in requirements gathering, scope management, risk assessment, cost control, and quality management practices.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
* Languages that you must be fluent in include English and Spanish.
* Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure projects including vendor management and content management systems is a plus.
