*Overview*
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified pipeline growth through disciplined account-based marketing (ABM) and performance-driven demand programs.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role owns the execution and optimization of our ABM and digital demand strategy across defined ICPs and priority accounts. You’ll oversee paid media performance in partnership with our Paid Media Manager, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, continuously tested, and optimized for measurable impact.
This is a hands-on performance leadership role. You’ll analyze multi-channel data, guide structured testing, and ensure paid media, organic content, landing experiences, SEO, and marketing automation operate as one cohesive demand engine.
We’re looking for a data-driven, multi-faceted leader who understands modern B2B demand funnels, executes with discipline, mentors others, and leads with accountability and a strong team-first mindset.
*What You'll Do*
* Execute and optimize ABM and demand generation programs across defined ICPs and target segments
* Partner with sales and marketing leadership to support pipeline and revenue goals
* Translate strategy into clear, executable campaign plans
* Lead structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, funnels, creatives, audiences, offers, and CTAs
* Oversee paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, and display, providing direction to the Media Buyer to ensure efficiency and alignment to demand strategy
* Monitor and cross-reference multi-channel performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
* Track campaign impact within HubSpot and Salesforce, connecting marketing efforts directly to pipeline outcomes
* Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager to refine workflows, nurture sequences, and conversion paths
* Align organic content efforts with paid promotion to maximize reach and engagement
* Strengthen attribution visibility and overall funnel performance
* Ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns and landing experiences
* Manage and mentor the Graphics & Media Coordinator, aligning creative output to demand priorities.

* Campaigns launch on time with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
* Marketing efficiency improves across spend, conversion, and ROI
* Paid performance strengthens through disciplined testing and creative refresh cycles
* Messaging, ads, landing pages, automation, and SEO work as a cohesive system
* Multi-channel data actively informs optimization decisions
* The team operates with accountability, focus, and forward moment.
*Required Qualifications*
* 4–7+ years of demand generation or performance marketing experience
* Bachelor's degree or four (4) or more years of equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated experience building and executing B2B ABM programs
* Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta campaign strategy
* Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices
* Experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, and an ABM platform (Propensity preferred)
* Experience managing and mentoring team members
* Background in SaaS or technology environments
* Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance optimization
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with accountability
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Automotive industry experience
* Hubspot and Google certifications
* Experience scaling demand programs in a high-growth environment
* Advanced experience with attribution modeling and revenue reporting
* Experience improving marketing efficiency through structured testing frameworks
*Compensation:* $90,000–$110,000 base salary + performance-based bonus tied to pipeline impact and campaign results
