*Job Title:* Sr Project Manager / Project Manager – POS System Implementation
*Work Hours:* 40hours (M-F)
*Start date:* Immediately
*Duration:* 18 months
*Location:* Onsite NY Office
*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and store roll-out of our new point of sale (POS) system implementation across all Franchise retail locations in the US. This is a critical initiative to modernize our in-store technology, improve Franchisee experience, and streamline operations.
This individual will be pulled in to other key business projects across the Operations department in order to ensure effective delivery of complex cross-functional projects, therefore must be confident in producing executive level presentations and deliverables.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*Project Planning & Management*
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and budget for the nationwide POS rollout.
* Coordinate with internal IT, store operations, finance, and vendor partners to define project scope and deliverables.
*Vendor & Stakeholder Management*
* Serve as the primary liaison between the retailer and POS technology vendor (Helix).
* Manage contracts, deliverables, and service levels to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation.
*Cross-Functional Coordination*
* Partner with store operations teams to plan deployments and roll-out with minimal disruption to daily operations of Franchisees.
* Work closely with training teams to design and deliver POS training programs for store staff.
*Implementation & Rollout*
* Oversee Beta/Pilot installations, testing and feedback and full-scale rollout across hundreds of Franchisee locations.
* Manage scheduling of hardware installations, software configuration, data migration, and system integrations with the POS Vendor.
*Testing & Quality Assurance*
* Establish and execute testing protocols to ensure systems function as required before full deployment.
* Manage issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution during implementation phases.
*Communication & Reporting*
* Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and leadership teams.
* Prepare detailed reports on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
*Change Management*
* Develop change-management strategies to facilitate store adoption of the new POS system.
* Support stores during and after go-live, ensuring a smooth transition.
*Qualifications*
*Experience:*
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail technology or large-scale retail operations projects.
* Proven track record of implementing POS systems or similar enterprise retail tools.
*Education & Certifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
*Payrate: *$55/hr. on w2
