Quality Assurance Engineer - Manufacturing Industry

A growing company is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in New York City. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

* Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintaining the quality and assurance programs
* Monitor production procedures on a daily basis and report to relevant personnel to solve the problems found
* Conduct inspections on finished products and sample products
* Conduct responsibility analysis based on product repair documentation.
* Assist relevant departments regarding the repair fees charged and the products returned back, and help determine the causes of damages.
* Contact the supervisors of production lines to provide product quality data
* Investigate the causes of inferior and /or delayed products and provide written reports
* Monitor production safety and the cleanness of the factory area.
* Respond to end customer inquiries regarding product quality and reliability
* Travel to investigate various issues and perform field testing in job sites.

*Qualifications*

* Associate degree in mechanical engineering required.
* Minimum of one year’s experience in manufacturing industry
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

*Salary:*

* Gross hourly rate: $21.00 ~$23.00 per hour
