Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) delivering affordable, high-speed internet to communities throughout NY. We partner with municipalities and local organizations to bridge the digital divide. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy, campaigns, and outreach efforts as we expand our presence in New York and beyond.

*Responsibilities*
* Lead the development and execution of a scalable marketing and sales plan for all CBN entities/ territories, overseeing initiatives across regions to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and interface with the state and municipal government organizations, focusing on developing and launching services in new target areas
* Manage and support the marketing/sales team, ensuring consistent execution of campaigns and strategies.
* Hire and onboard new staff as needed to support growing marketing and sales needs Train employees across multiple regions, may be required to travel to our other offices located in upstate NY for multi overnight stays ( travel expenses covered), to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies and high-quality customer engagement.
* Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, text message marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
* Coordinate with marketing assistants to schedule customer outreach, events, and follow-up activities; monitor performance and ensure alignment with marketing goals and customer engagement strategies.
* Overall responsible for all sales and marketing employees.
* Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all channels
* Travel to other offices and locations as needed for training and support.
* Any other responsibilities, special projects, or assignments as needed
* Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable sales strategy tailored to each technology and deployment environment in CBN's portfolio, including:
* Rural Fiber Builds - manage address validation, preregistration campaigns, door-to-door outreach, local tabling events, etc.
* Rural Fixed Wireless - coordinate tower launch campaigns, coverage heat map targeting,, community
* FWA launch teams for tower activation
* Fiber launch teams for newly lit rural or suburban fiber zone
* MDU engagement teams for retrofit buildings
* Develop training modules, sales scripts, door-knocking strategies, multilingual materials, and resident
* presentation templates.
* Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth onboarding from signup to install.
* Manage marketing budgets, advertising spend, staffing costs, and regional allocations.
* Provide hands-on guidance during major deployment phases: tower activations, fiber go-live dates, MDU
* openings, and marketing blitz periods.
* *Requirements* Ability to work full-time in Islandia, Long Island, NY
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for events and meetings
