Sales Representative – Marketing Professional Services

Type: Part time or full time, 1099 Contractor

Location: Various- major metropolitan areas or secondary markets outside metropolitan areas. This will be a hybrid of on-site location visits for prospecting, plus virtual outreach/cold calling

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team selling high-ticket results-driven marketing package tailored to firms in the financial services industry. In this role, you will focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales, building strong relationships with decision-makers to promote our suite of marketing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business and implementing proven close methods including guerilla marketing with in person visits to locations, as online/virtual/ or calls with cold and warm outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and prospect new business clients, prioritizing financial services industries but open to other industries who could benefit from marketing services.
* Present and promote our marketing packages to accounting, tax, insurance, and financial services to business owners and executives.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
* Receive and implement feedback on methodology and refining sales strategy

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services or financial sectors.
* Basic familiarity with marketing agency processes, basic conceptualilzation of marketing funnels and lead generation.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Coachable and open to feedback, flexible and willing to try new approaches
* Familiarity with accounting, tax, or financial concepts is a plus.
* Reliable transportation and ability to visit to on-site prospects for in-person sales meetings

Compensation & Incentives:

* Uncapped Commission: 25-50% of set up fee for sales of marketing packages (high ticket packages, sub one-month sales cycle),
* Residual income opportunities on recurring client services
* Profit sharing: 10% of any cross selling revenue (we have a robut cross-selling ecosystem including services for labor overflow, insurance sales, financial advisory, audit services, legal, IRS representation, etc).
* Total Earnings Potential: $65,000 – $150,000+ annually (based on performance)
* Performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Quarterly and annual incentive trips for top performers
