Job Type: Contract, 40 hours per week.
Compensation Range: $24 - 25.51 per hour
Our client in the CPG industry is looking for an Associate Manager, Product Lifecycle Management. This position on the Home Fragrance team acts as the conductor or our product journey. This position supports a product from it's initial item setup to its strategic exit (discontinuation). The role is a critical team member responsible for ensuring the brands deliver their annual SKU targets and deliver innovation on time.
Open to hybrid candidates in Norwalk, CT, South Deerfield, MA, or 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate across key functions of brand, PMO, CMD, R&D, Data Integrity, Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain.
Communicate regularly with global brand team to support their item setup needs and ensure they're properly accounting for innovation in total brand SKU counts.
Execute annual SKU rationalization and make recommendation to deliver SKU targets.
Maintain and update the line plan and magic quadrant ensuring it's accuracy.
Inform executional workbooks and the workfront system to guide creative needs.
Qualifications:
A four-year college degree.
1+ years of prior experience in project management, marketing operations, lifecycle management, or supply chain.
Desire to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working within systems.
Fluent in English.
