Job Title: Data Engineer
Program: PMMI
Salary: $50,000- $60,000 (based on educational achievements and years of relevant experience)
General Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Engineer to help us bring all our data together in one place. You’ll work with systems like myEvolv, Connections, COGNOS, Therap, and Foothold to build a unified backend database, design and optimize APIs, and create seamless data pipelines. Your work will directly support our mission by turning complex data into actionable insights for better decision-making and improved outcomes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems
Ability to understand data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Ability to understand abstract data requests and translate them into clear and effective data visualizations.
Detail-oriented, proactive and with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must currently reside in the New York tri-state area (New York — including all five boroughs — Connecticut, or New Jersey).
Desired Skills:
Some knowledge of front-end and back-end UX design principles in data visualization.
Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
