Support due diligence through financial statement review and forecasting analysis
Assist with valuation frameworks, cap table modeling, and dilution analysis
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for investment decision-making
Track portfolio company financial performance and key operating metrics
Prepare financial sections of investment memos and internal reports
Support fundraising analysis, follow-on investment planning, and exit modeling
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related analytical discipline
Strong interest in venture capital, startup finance, and financial modeling
Experience in investment banking, equity research, consulting, transaction advisory, FP&A, or venture internships is helpful
Proficiency in Excel or financial modeling tools; comfort working with assumptions and imperfect data
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curious, structured, and comfortable working with founders and investment teams
