You will be responsible for producing high-quality functional documentation, data definitions, and process designs that align Product intent with Engineering execution, ensuring accurate trade processing across asset classes and partner models.

What You’ll Do

* Define and review APIs, data models, and system integrations across internal platforms and external partners
* Perform data analysis and validation using database queries to support testing, issue resolution, and delivery
* Support UAT, release readiness, and post-production validation
* Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk

What You’ll Bring

* 8+ years of experience in capital markets, with hands-on exposure to post-trade processing across multiple asset classes
* Proven ability to work across multiple functional areas (trading, middle/back office, operations, and data) and connect end-to-end workflows
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex scenarios into clear, actionable requirements
* Experience designing and consuming APIs using OpenAPI standards, with exposure to data models and service-based architectures
* Working knowledge of database querying (SQL or equivalent) for analysis, reconciliation, and issue investigation
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of producing clear, precise, build-ready documentation
* Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams in fast-paced environments
* Comfort operating in ambiguous, multi-system, and multi-partner problem spaces
* Experience operating in a fintech or platform-based environment, collaborating with multiple industry participants (e.g., brokers, clearing firms, custodians, and vendors) to deliver scalable post-trade solutions
