Salary Range: $120,000–$135,000

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Culture
Create a vibrant, engaging environment for guests and team members alike.
Foster a culture of accountability, development, and service excellence.
Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent.
Set the standard by leading with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
Champion engagement initiatives that inspire passion and performance.
Financial Performance
Develop and execute annual budgets and strategic sales and marketing plans.
Analyze financial performance to maximize revenue, profitability, and ROI.
Optimize distribution channels and technology platforms to grow market share.
Lead capital planning and asset management initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
Guest Experience
Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards.
Drive guest satisfaction scores and continuously elevate the experience.
Maintain a sparkling clean, well-maintained property.
Actively engage with guests to build lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
People Development
Implement succession planning to build strong bench strength.
Establish performance goals and provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Oversee staffing, compensation, and HR-related actions in accordance with company policies.
Community & Responsibility
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
Serve as a public ambassador for the hotels within the local community.
Encourage team involvement in community organizations and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Previous Hotel General Manager experience required
or
Minimum 3+ years as Assistant General Manager at a Marriott-branded property
Prior Marriott brand experience preferred
Local market experience is a plus
Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and drive measurable results
