*Job Summary*
The Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the
real estate portfolio. This role involves strategic oversight of properties,
financial performance analysis, development of long-term asset strategies, and
coordination of property management, leasing, and capital improvement
activities to ensure optimal returns on investment.
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
· Supervises the Property Management team, acts as liaison for 3rd party vendor and Property Managers.
· Directs and guides junior analysts or property staff involved in asset reporting and
strategic planning.
· Develops and implements comprehensive asset management strategies for all owned
properties, aligning with the family office's investment objectives.
· Monitors and analyzes the financial performance of each asset, utilizing key metrics
such as NOI, occupancy rates, and capital expenditures.
· Prepares detailed quarterly and annual asset performance reports for principals and
stakeholders.
· Identifies opportunities for value creation, including repositioning, operational
efficiencies, and capital improvements.
· Oversees the annual budgeting process for each asset, working closely with the Property Management and Accounting teams.
· Manages the relationship and performance of both inhouse and third-party property
management companies, ensuring adherence to established service standards and
strategic goals.
· Directs the leasing strategy for properties to ensure timely lease-up and optimal
tenant mix.
· Reviews and approves significant leases, contracts, and capital expenditure projects.
· Conducts regular site visits and market analyses to assess property condition, market
competitiveness, and evolving trends.
· Mitigates financial and operational risks across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with
relevant laws, regulations, and loan covenants, handling insurance renewals for
the portfolio.
· Collaborates with the acquisition team on underwriting and due diligence for potential new investments.
· Provides market expertise and operational insight during the acquisition process to
ensure projections are realistic.
· Develops disposition strategies for assets nearing the end of their holding period,
working with brokers to execute sales.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently.
· Is expert in financial modeling and analysis, particularly as it relates to
commercial or multi-family real estate valuation and performance.
· Is highly proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Argus, MRI, Yardi,
advanced Excel).
· Exhibits proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Shows excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex
financial data to executive stakeholders.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
