Job Description
The Business Analyst supports the Project Management Office (PMO) in executing strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This position works closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to document processes, maintain project documentation and timelines, and support the coordination of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Document and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, requirements, process maps, and status reports.
Develop and maintain process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to support operational and project documentation.
Gather and validate business requirements through meetings, interviews, and review of existing materials.
Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement, standardization, and efficiency.
Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentations, and project communications for leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation within Zoho Projects and other PMO systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and project objectives.
Support the development of PMO tools, templates, and processes as the function continues to mature.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Reports to the EVP of Strategic Initiatives with project-specific direction received from shared services and functional leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Visio.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
Experience using Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with process documentation or business process improvement methodologies.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position typically works Monday-Friday during day shift hours. Business needs may sometimes require long hours and weekend work.
Travel
Generally, this position does not require travel; some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required for training or project work; less than 10%
