*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Electrical Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and support electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software. This role involves coordinating various project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.
*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate all aspects of electrical construction projects with a focus on documentation management.
* Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and reports.
* Monitor project progress remotely, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and quality requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
* Track project timelines using tools like Primavera P6 and Primavera to ensure milestones are met.
* Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Maintain effective time management practices to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within electrical or general construction environments.
* Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
* Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Demonstrated ability in project management principles including scope control, budget tracking, and schedule adherence.
* Prior experience working on electrical or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
* Experience with mission critical or industrial construction is a huge plus
