Atrium AI
RemoteRemoteFull Time
Job Description
Take your career to the next level with the only consulting firm born in AI and delivering with AI.
At Atrium, we’re not simply adapting to an AI-driven world — we’ve helped define it since we were founded. Our clients partner with us because we turn potential into measurable impact, reshaping industries, realizing exponential value, and empowering organizations to thrive in an era of unprecedented technological advancement.
As pioneers in AI-assisted delivery, we’re constantly optimizing how we deliver services for greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency. This commitment allows us to repeatedly deliver outcomes that other Salesforce and Snowflake partners merely promise. Care to join us?
Who are you?
You’re a smart collaborator who likes solving complex problems and takes ownership to get things done. You stay up to date with the latest and greatest in business and technology tools, platforms, and languages — and want to ensure your clients do too. You love working across teams and are enthusiastic about doing your part to ensure everyone succeeds.
What will you be doing at Atrium?
The ThoughtSpot Analytics Lead will help in the architecture, design, and development of Analytics solutions for Atrium’s customers. Demonstrate strong organizational, analysis, and communication skills as well as mastery of data structures and the ThoughtSpot platform. You will work as a team to solve customers problems by engaging the customer, providing analysis of customers needs, working with team members, and helping customers understand the art of the possible. The role requires a strong understanding of ThoughtSpot Dashboard Design, Data Prep, Business Analytics, scripting, and analytics concepts in order to design impactful and supportable solutions that delight the customer.
In this role, you will:
ThoughtSpot Architecture: Act as the analytics lead for ThoughtSpot implementations, designing "search-ready" data models, TML (ThoughtSpot Modeling Language) objects, high-impact Liveboards, and Spotter configuration.
ThoughtSpot Embedded: Experience with ThoughtSpot Embedded to embed ThoughtSpot liveboards and search directly in webapps and tools.
Python for Automation: Use Python to solve complex analytical problems, automate metadata management, and build custom data transformation scripts that power the BI layer.
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and mentoring junior consultants on BI best practices and modern data stack (MDS) principles.
Governance & Modeling: Partner with Data Engineering teams to optimize Snowflake or other ETL toolstructures, ensuring the semantic layer is governed, performant, and reliable.
In this role, you will have:
ThoughtSpot Expertise: 2+ years of deep, hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (Spotter, Analyst Studio, and Worksheet design) is a must.
Consulting & Leadership: 6+ years in the Data & Analytics space, with proven experience leading project teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Data Modeling and Governance: Understanding of Data Modeling best practices, data pipeline governance, and experience connecting various data sources to various BI tools.
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Streamlit) for data manipulation and automation.
BI Versatility: Strong Tableau experience is preferred, particularly in cloud migrations and Tableau Bridge administration.
Modern Data Stack: Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Sigma Computing; familiarity with Power BI is a significant plus.
Migration Mindset: Experience handling the technical and cultural challenges of moving organizations from "traditional BI" to "search and AI-driven analytics."
Communication: The ability to explain complex data architectures in a way that gets business users excited about their data.
Next Steps
Recruiting at Atrium is highly personalized. While some candidates may complete the hiring process quickly, others may take a bit longer, depending on the role and its requirements. We’re excited to get to know you and ensure you get to know our team along the way.
At Atrium, we believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business. We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
