Job Description
We Are Hiring:
Location: Remote
Facility: Seton Family of Hospitals
Department/Specialty: ACO Member Services
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You Will Do:
Strategic Technical Partnership: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned business units, translating complex technical challenges into viable technology solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
Process Optimization & Integration: Map and refine business processes to design and implement tightly integrated systems across multiple technical platforms and cross-functional teams.
Project Leadership & Financial Analysis: Direct the full lifecycle of systems integration projects, utilizing ROI and financial analysis to prioritize high-value initiatives and secure project funding.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Proactively drive departmental efficiency by applying current industry trends to modernize workflows and ensure consistent, optimized work products.
What You Will Need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
Strong experience with SQL programming and data visualization.
Experience working with clinical stakeholders is preferred.
Candidates will have a strong understanding of health claims data and building accurate narratives with those data.
