Recruiting Coordinator
Join our team as an Recruiting Coordinator in Tucson, AZ!
Remote: Must reside in Tucson, Arizona | Full-Time

ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting, develop candidate pipelines, and strengthen academic partnerships while supporting HR operations as needed.

This role combines recruiting, HR processes, and brand development. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring clinics and departments remain fully staffed and supported.

What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage job postings across HRIS and external platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Handshake, APTA, etc.)
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and provide guidance on interview expectations
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other creative strategies
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions
Present candidate comparisons and consult with hiring managers
Extend verbal and written offers within 24 hours of approval
Maintain strong candidate communication and experience throughout the hiring process
Meet established time-to-fill and offer acceptance metrics
Candidate Pipeline & Branding
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Attend career fairs, conferences, and networking events to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment campaigns
Write and edit job postings and recruiting marketing content as needed
Track recruiting metrics and maintain status dashboards
HR Operations & Support
Support payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits processes as needed
Assist HR leadership with projects and reporting
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications
Recruiting, HR, or healthcare operations experience preferred
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel for recruiting events
Remote Work Requirements
Dedicated, private home office workspace free from routine interruptions
Reliable high-speed internet capable of video conferencing without disruption
Ability to be on camera for meetings, interviews, and collaboration sessions
Secure handling of confidential employee and candidate information
Availability during standard business hours (aligned with company operations)
Ability to travel locally within Arizona and occasionally out of market for recruiting events
Proficiency using remote collaboration tools (video conferencing, chat platforms, HRIS systems)
Self-directed work style with strong time-management and communication habits
Physical & Work Requirements
Prolonged computer and desk work
Occasional standing/walking for events and meetings
Travel for recruiting events and academic partnerships
Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
