Senior Software Engineer (Android)

We’re hiring a Senior Android Software Engineer to fully own and build our Android application from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. This role offers true end-to-end ownership — from defining architecture and core patterns to shipping features and iterating in production — with direct impact on over 1M monthly Android users.

You’ll work closely with the founders and design team, operating with high autonomy and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who has thrived in fast-paced startups, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys turning incomplete ideas into polished, shipped products.

What you’ll do

Own the Android app end-to-end, including architecture, development, testing, and release

Lead the effort to bring the Android app to full feature parity with iOS

Build fast, high-quality, and intuitive user experiences across the app

Take features from early concept through production launch and weekly changelogs

Partner directly with founders and designers to shape product direction and execution

Establish scalable, reusable architecture patterns that enable rapid iteration

What we’re looking for

Senior-level Android engineering experience

Proven experience working at a fast-paced startup or early-stage company

Strong product instincts and the ability to make sound technical decisions independently

Comfort moving quickly, iterating often, and owning outcomes
