Overview:

Part of the Human Resources team, you are the driving force behind building a strong employee culture. Your role will evolve with changing organizational needs as you foster a positive working environment and support the overall success of the business. You act as the bridge between management and employees to ensure the workplace nurtures productivity and growth. With your expertise in addressing the diverse needs of employees, you will contribute significantly to our organization's success and ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner contributes to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people strategies, organization design, performance management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee relations. HR leader to partner with the corporate function (IT, Legal, Finance, Design) leaders and their organizations.

Qualifications:

• Serve as a business partner and advisor on people strategies that align with business objectives
• Drive the implementation of the global strategic plan locally with client groups
• Facilitate the communication of the organization’s desired culture and LIXIL Behaviors which guide the decisions and actions of the business
• Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs
• Coach both employees and leaders through issues that are complex or sensitive in nature.
• Leverage data, metrics, and analytics to drive data-based decision making.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; SHRM or HR at least 5 years HR experience; at least 2 years in HR Business Partner certification preferred
• Strong collaborative skills; ability to partner with senior level leaders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with Success Factors preferred
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential a plus.
• Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of HR processes such as organization design, talent management, succession planning, employee development and workforce planning.

Hiring Range:

Hiring range for Piscataway, NJ area: $91k - $130k annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
