Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing/ Admissions:

Establish and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.

Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and civic organizations to increase visibility.

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet admissions and census goals.

Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positive representation across all channels.

Identify trends, assess competitors, and use data to inform strategy.

Qualifications of the Director of Marketing/ Admissions:

Must have long term care experience

Must have prior admission and marketing experience

Must have strong leadership skills

Must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes

Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality
