A locally owned SF Insurance Agency in Oakland, CA is hiring motivated, sales-focused professionals to join our team and grow their careers in the insurance industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
* *$56,000 – $62,000 Annual Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses*

About the Role:
As a Licensed Insurance Representative, your main goal is to help grow the agency by generating new business, building strong community relationships, and offering insurance and financial products that help clients protect what matters most.
You’ll join a high-energy team focused on:
* Providing solutions to help clients protect their homes, cars, and financial future
* Reaching agency sales and retention goals
* Driving new customer acquisition and business referrals
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sell insurance products and follow up with prospects
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Answer policy-related questions and make updates
* Process applications and maintain policy records
* Implement office workflows and procedures
* Represent the agency in a professional, helpful manner
* Most importantly – *sell and grow your income!*
We’ll train you in office procedures and systems – selling is the #1 skill we want to develop.
Requirements:
* *Property & Casualty Insurance License* (required)
* *2+ years of insurance sales experience* preferred (commission or bonus-based roles)
* Must be self-driven, coachable, and reliable
* Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
* Organized, efficient, and able to multitask
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* *Must work in-office in the Oakland, CA 94619 area*
* *Stable work history required* – please do not apply if you’ve had multiple jobs lasting under 6 months
